Transparency in communication, policy creation, and budget approval is vital in fostering trust and support in our school community. I will advocate for clear and open dialogue while ensuring careful oversight of the district's budget to align with our shared vision for success.

Parents are vital partners in their children's education. By fostering stronger connections between families and educators, we can create meaningful partnerships that lead to better outcomes and life-long success.

I bring over 20 years of accounting experience. I started my journey as a Controller for a publicly traded company, where I gained valuable insights into various aspects of business operations. Presently, I am privileged to collaborate with multiple organizations, including those in real estate, non-profits, franchises, and construction. My focus is on fostering effective business strategies and meticulously managing detail-oriented tasks to contribute positively to the success of my clients.

As a pastor's kid, I was raised with a strong understanding of the importance of serving others in the community and the church. Currently, I actively serve as an 8th-grade small group leader, a member of the church security team, and in the music ministry. I am committed to making a positive impact in these roles.

Meet Jonathan
As a proud father of two daughters in Nixa—one in high school and one in junior high—I deeply value the strength of our community and the importance of a solid educational foundation. In 2015, after a lifetime in Springfield, my family intentionally chose to move to Nixa, driven by the exceptional quality of its schools. We recognized that Springfield's educational trajectory did not align with our values, and Nixa's reputation for excellence stood out.
With 20 years of experience as an accountant, I have dedicated myself to helping various businesses and individuals. My passion lies in empowering small businesses and entrepreneurs to make informed financial decisions, plan for the future, and achieve their dreams. Serving on various nonprofit and for-profit boards has given me valuable insights into creating a meaningful impact through vision, oversight, and accountability.
I am driven by a love for working with kids and a commitment to service. As an 8th-grade small group leader in our youth ministry and a camp counselor at our fall and summer retreats, I strive to inspire young minds and make a lasting difference in our community.
As a passionate advocate for health and fitness, I believe in the transformative power of movement for both body and mind. Whether I'm working out at a CrossFit gym, practicing clean eating, or competing in the Tactical Games, I constantly seek new ways to optimize my well-being and inspire others to do the same.
